It’s Official: New Community at Tres Lagos!

Say hello to our newest community, Anaqua! Over 250 new homes are set to come to the growing Tres Lagos master plan development. Phase 1 of Anaqua will feature the release of 129 lots. Homes at Anaqua start from the low $300s and feature up to nearly 4,000 sq. ft. The official groundbreaking ceremony of Anaqua at Tres Lagos was held on June 4, 2025. As golden shovels turned over the dirt for the very first time in the new community, guests were treated to refreshments, swag bags, and the opportunity for a photo with Rhodie the Rhino.
Guests learned about the community and heard speeches from key city leaders, officials, and Nick Rhodes, CEO and President of Rhodes and Esperanza Homes.
Elizabeth Suarez, CEO of the McAllen Economic Development Corporation and McAllen Chamber of Commerce, reflected on the opportunities Esperanza Homes brings to McAllen families.
