1 BUYING YOUR NEW HOME

Ready to buy? We’ll send your sales agreement via DocuSign.

When you receive your sales agreement, you’ll also receive an invoice for your earnest money deposit. You can pay online using Stripe.

Apply for your mortgage online here or send us a copy of your preapproval. We’ll get back to you with your financing options if you apply on our website. Any documentation that our preferred mortgage lender require can also be uploaded to their customer portal.

2 PERSONALIZING YOUR NEW HOME

Once you’ve signed a sales agreement and paid your earnest money deposit, it’s time to personalize your new home. Use our interactive floorplans to choose structural options such as a 3-car garage, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and more. Options will vary per plan.

You can also use our interactive floorplan tool to draw on your floorplan and customize your new home with any special requests you may have. Your sales consultant will send you an addendum itemizing each of the items you have selected via Docusign.

Your preliminary plan review meeting can be conducted via screenshare. In this meeting, you’ll see your first draft of construction plans. These plans will detail everything that you have chosen for your new home to this point.

Now it’s time to design the interior of your new home! This is done in two meetings:

We recommend that you conduct both meetings in person so you can feel, hold, and display your options next to each other in our Design Center. You can, however, choose to conduct this meeting virtually. If you do, you’ll have a video conference meeting with our Design Consultant, who wil be located in our Design Center

We don’t expect you to make all these decision at once, so you’ll have a second meeting called the final design review meeting. Once you’ve selected your colors, upgrades, finishes, and more, your sales consultant will send you an addendum itemizing all these selections and additions.

3 BUILDING AND CLOSING ON YOUR NEW HOME

Once you’ve finalized the selection of your community, homesite, floorplan, structural options, special requests, and design options, we’re ready to build your home!

Your preconstruction meeting can be conducted via video conference screenshare. During this meeting you’ll view, confirm, and sign off on the final set of cunstruction plans
